Those of you who followed the endeavours of Ben's family...Mum Jaqui and Brother, Tom in their ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro last September will know they had a target of £10,000 they wanted to raise. We can report they achieved this and more. The Club records its admiration of their achievements and the Ben Lightowler Rapid Response Vehicle is now in service.

The culmination of all that effort has resulted in the Club being able to own and kit-out this vehicle specifically for rapid intervention at incidents, it will be at every testday and race weekend. A fitting tribute to the memory of Ben and a fantastic use of the funds to the benefit of all riders. Thanks to the family and to every single donor, many associated with the Club and many of you who are not.
